These hold your smaller tubing centered in the Impress, just like the regular centering pegs do for larger tubes, but in addition they also provide a surrounding flat area for forming the rivet shape. This is needed for tubing that has ID (inside diameter) that is smaller than the hole the centering pegs screw into! Use these for 3/32 OD x 1/16 ID, 1/8 OD x 3/32 ID tubes or their metric equivalents.
