Using the Debur Tool
Nothing could be simpler! Simply place the tool into the end of your tubing, and give it a few twists. You'll quickly discover how much pressure works best. It is quite small, so go easy till you see how easily it cuts. You can always do more, but not less! It's that simple. Just give it a few twists, and you'll see a bright, shiny chamfered edge inside of the tube.
The inside edge of the tube becomes the top outside edge of your rivet. The chamfer automatically becomes a rounded professional quality finished edge after flaring.Tip:
do one end before you cut your tubing. It's easier to hold than the short piece after you cut, so that way you only need to do one end after cutting the tube.
